Terms of sale

One payment, twelve months.

Last updated October 2026. These terms are between you and Complete Networking Solutions Ltd, trading as Digital Gurus.

The service

We provide a dedicated VPN endpoint in the country named on the package you buy, for up to the number of devices on that package. The usual handover is one UK working day after a successful payment. We email the configuration to the address on the Stripe checkout.

Price and payment

Prices on the website are for one year, in pounds sterling, and include VAT. Payment is a single card payment through Stripe. It does not renew. A second country is a second payment. We may refuse an order that we cannot provision.

The term

The endpoint runs for twelve months from the day we send the configuration. Email enquiries@completenetworkingsolutions.co.uk if you want another year. We do not refund a part-used year.

If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to provision the endpoint inside that period, you acknowledge that the service has started and that this right can be lost once the configuration has been sent.

Acceptable use

You will not use an endpoint for unlawful activity, including intrusion, fraud, or unsolicited bulk mail. We may suspend an endpoint that draws an abuse complaint, a court order, or traffic that puts the service at risk. Suspension does not by itself cancel the fee for a year already started.

The network

Port speeds on the tariff are the speed of the port we assign, not a promise about every office Wi-Fi or every overseas path. We aim to keep the endpoint available, and we will tell you if a city has to move or be withdrawn. If we withdraw a city during a year you have paid for, we will email you and refund the unused months.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in a year is limited to the fees you paid us for that endpoint in that year. We are not liable for loss of profit, or for a third-party service that rejects an address.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
