How it works

Pay, then we build the endpoint.

There is no app account to create first. Stripe takes a single payment for the year. We provision the city you chose and send the configuration to the email on the payment.

  1. 01

    Choose the city.

    One payment, one country, twelve months. If the office needs London and a supplier needs Singapore, those are two lines on the tariff.

  2. 02

    Pay on the card form.

    Checkout is hosted by Stripe, in pounds, with the billing address and a VAT number if you have one. We never see the card number.

  3. 03

    Wait one working day.

    Orders paid on a UK working day are configured that day or the next. Weekend payments go out on Monday. The message contains the WireGuard file, the exit address, and the device count you have paid for.

  4. 04

    Import it and connect.

    The tunnel is yours to switch on. Traffic sent through it leaves from the city on the service card. Traffic you do not send through it is untouched.

What the file looks like

A shortened example.

Keys below are blanks. The file you receive is specific to your endpoint, and the hostname will be the one we assign — not necessarily this one.

Back to the tariff

[Interface]
PrivateKey = ••••••••
Address = 10.70.0.2/32
DNS = 1.1.1.1

[Peer]
PublicKey = ••••••••
Endpoint = lon.vpn.completenetworkingsolutions.co.uk:51820
AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0, ::/0
PersistentKeepalive = 25

On the device

Four places the file usually lands.

Windows

Install the official WireGuard client, import the .conf file, and press Activate.

macOS

The same client. Keep the tunnel off until you actually need that country’s exit.

iPhone & iPad

The WireGuard app from the App Store. One device uses one of the seats on your plan.

Android

The WireGuard app. A lost phone is a note to us: we reissue that device’s keys.
